Welcome to Chen Style Taiji (Tai Chi) for Health and Relaxation
Taijiquan (Tai Chi Chuan), an Chinese Internal Martial Art, is designed for self defence and found to have great benefits on health and relaxation on those who practise it.
Exercises are slow, gentle and calm, with a quality of stillness in movement and movement in stillness. We practise Chen style Laojia Yi Lu Form as taught by Grandmaster Chen Xiaowang.
Alma is a Senior CIAA Instructor trained under 19th Generation disciples of Grandmaster Chen Xiaowang, Karel and Eva Koskuba. She has 17 years of practise and 12 years of teaching experience, is very committed to continuous professional development and practises in addition, Xinjia Er Lu, the Spear, and Single and Double Broad Sword Forms.
